Booking conditions

• The rate is non-refundable.
• If booking through a manager:
  – the advance payment is 20%, during the holiday period – 50% (in case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment paid is not refundable).
  If booking via the booking module on the website  https://restandski.com/

• Discounts and promotions do not add up.

• To confirm your reservation, you must make a prepayment (advance payment). Without such prepayment (advance payment), the reservation will not be made, which accordingly does not guarantee you arrival and accommodation at the Hotel within the period you wish.

A tourist tax is additionally payable. The tourist tax rate is set by local governments and the amount of the tax may vary.

The price includes

• Breakfast 08:00 -11:00 (buffet line).
• Panoramic SPA center (1,180 m²): heated pool 20m*8m*1.4m, 3 steam rooms, jacuzzi, cold water pool, hay room.
• Ski room for storing ski equipment.
• Parking space for 1 car (subject to availability).
• Free internet access anywhere in the apartments.
• Drinking water, cosmetics, coffee, tea – renewable
  every 3 days.
• Access to the children's room.

В апартаментах категорії Студіо, Ексклюзив Люкс додаткове місце не надається.
У апартаментах вказаних категорій дозволяється безоплатне розміщення однієї дитини до 5 років без претензій на місце ліжко та послуги (максимально 1 дитина в номері).

Категорія апартаментів 2+1 передбачає поселення трьох осіб та можливість розміщення додатково однієї дитини віком 0-5 років, або віком 6-11років за додаткову оплату. Максимальна кількість чотири особи.
В апартаментах категорії Люкс, Супер Люкс можливе додатково розміщення двох осіб за додаткову оплату.
Вартість додаткового місця для дітей 6-11 років – 1300* грн/доба, 12+ років – 1900* грн/доба.
Дитина до 5 років проживає безкоштовно без претензій на місце ліжко та послуги (максимально 1 дитина в номері). У разі розміщення в одному номері двох і більше дітей віком до 5 років, розмір додаткової оплати за готельні послуги становить – 600 грн/доба за одну дитину.

Пропозиція діє за прямого бронювання в готелі, та не розповсюджуються на бронювання, здійснені на сайтах-посередниках.

*Готель залишає за собою право змінювати тарифи, терміни та розмір знижки при попередньому бронюванні.
Спеціальні пропозиції та знижки не діють на додаткові послуги.

Accommodation with pets - the stay of any animals in the hotel premises is allowed only with the prior written consent of the hotel. Additional payment 600 UAH per day (a bed, bowl, towel, disposable diaper, treat are provided). The permissible weight of your pet is up to 7 kg. This offer is valid for direct booking at the hotel and does not apply to bookings made on intermediary sites.

The cost of an additional parking space is 400 UAH per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

The swimming pool on the 10th floor is open only in the summer. The operation of the outdoor pool during the period 15.05-14.06.25 and 01.09-30.09.25 will depend on weather conditions.
