Booking conditions

The rate is non-refundable.
If booking through a manager:
– the advance payment is 20%, during the holiday period – 50% (in case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment paid is not refundable).
If booking via the booking module on the website https://restandski.com/
– the advance payment is the cost of one night's stay in a room of the selected category (in case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment paid is not refundable).
Discounts and promotions do not add up.
Minimum booking is 1 day.

To confirm your reservation, you must make a prepayment (advance payment). Without such prepayment (advance payment), the reservation will not be made, which accordingly does not guarantee you arrival and accommodation at the Hotel within the period you wish.

A tourist tax is additionally payable. The tourist tax rate is set by local governments and the amount of the tax may vary.

The price includes

Breakfast 08:00 -11:00 (buffet line).
Panoramic SPA center (1,180 m²): heated pool 20m*8m*1.4m, 3 steam rooms, jacuzzi, cold water pool, hay room.
Ski room for storing ski equipment.
Parking space for 1 car (subject to availability).
Free internet access anywhere in the apartments.
Drinking water, cosmetics, coffee, tea – renewable
every 3 days.
Access to the children's room.

In the Suite and Super Suite rooms, it is possible to accommodate two additional people for an additional fee.
The cost of an extra bed for children 6-11 years old is 1000 UAH/day, 12+ years old is 1600 UAH/day. In the case of accommodation in one room of two or more children under 5 years old, the additional payment for hotel services is 600 UAH/day for one child.

A child under 5 years old stays free of charge without any claims for a bed or services (maximum 1 child per room).

Accommodation with pets - the stay of any animals in the hotel premises is allowed only with the prior written consent of the hotel. Additional payment 600 UAH per day (a bed, bowl, towel, disposable diaper, treat are provided). The permissible weight of your pet is up to 7 kg. This offer is valid for direct booking at the hotel and does not apply to bookings made on intermediary sites.

The cost of an additional parking space is 300 UAH per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

The swimming pool on the 10th floor is open only in the summer. The operation of the outdoor pool during the period 15.05-14.06.25 and 01.09-30.09.25 will depend on weather conditions.
